Real Estate Sales and Inventory Report
So here we are in the first week of May. The most important thing to report about Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach is that the water is warm again. I made a trip down last Sunday afternoon and it was down right delightful. The real estate report isn’t that bad, either.
The standing inventory on Bonita Beach gulf front homes is approximately twenty-four months. The Bonita Beach gulf front condo inventory is about twenty-two months.
The standing inventory of single family homes in Barefoot Beach is thirty-nine months, there’s about a seventeen month supply of attached villas on the market and about a thirty-two month supply of condos. The inventory reports are for all properties in the community of Barefoot Beach, and is not limited only to gulf front real estate.
