Barefoot Beach of Bonita Springs - Real Estate on The Gulf

Recently I was reading a luxury home real market report and how the market was holding up under the pressure of ballooning inventory. I decided to take a look at the Barefoot Beach real estate on the Collier County side of Bonita Springs, Florida see what is on the market, what has sold in the last year and what the projected absorption rates at this point in time. Now, if you’re not familiar with the area, Barefoot Beach represents only a small portion of gulf front homes and gulf front condos in Bonita Springs. Hickory Blvd. running north to Fort Myers Beach has a few more miles of sandy beaches with homes, condos and a few lots available for building. Barefoot Beach also has canal, bay front and a few land locked homes. Not all Barefoot Beach homes are on the Gulf of Mexico.
