Bermuda Park lies at the north end of the Old 41 Corridor in Bonita Springs, Florida. Bermuda Park is a condominium complex sharing a gated entry and amenities with Villages of Bonita. The Bermuda Park complex is completely built out and only resale condominiums are available.
Homes in Bermuda Park are offered with two bedroom, two bathroom and larger. The buildings are two story in design and do not have elevators. Each residence is located on one level so a condo at Bermuda Park would either be on the first floor or the second floor. Depending upon the building or the unit, all condos in Bermuda Park come with either a one car covered carport parking area or a one car detached garage. This is a great little piece of Bonita Springs real estate for the home owner that wants to lock the door and leave - the seasonal resident, frequent traveler or snowbird.

A recent renovation of infrastructure and road widening of Old 41 is to be complete and will offer safe walking paths and access to Bonita Springs on foot or bike.
