Ugh, what a drag. This is totally one of those things you don’t anticipate, but ends up being a “deal breaker”. Regular building wear & tear is one thing, but no one wants to mess with black mold!

This is the sort of stuff that so many buyers fail to factor into their buying equation when focusing exclusively on foreclosed properties. They may be a good deal, but one has to be really careful. This buyer should be thankful that he hired a smart Realtor!

Wow, what beee-yoooo-teeee-ful mold is growing there! It’s true, a lot of buyers think that buying a foreclosure, they’re getting in on a lucrative deal – when they may just be getting a total headache and money pit.

All the foreclosures we are being given to list have utilities turned on and trash-outs are customary. Sounds to me like your buyer is lucky to have you and that nose of yours =)
