The most expensive real estate in Bonita Springs is currently listed just shy of $10,000,000. If you feel the need to have 12,000 square foot of living space and seven bathrooms, I have just the house to show you. It’s not even beach front, it’s in Quail West, a Ginn community.
The most affordable home is a home on Carolina Street in Old Bonita Springs priced under $40,000. Yep, you read that right. Might be a tear down but it’s still on a piece of land 100×140 zoned TFC 2. I drove by it today and checked it out. Looks like a little gingerbread house from Hansel and Gretel.
The most expensive beachfront home in Bonita Springs is listed at just over $7,000,000 and a few feet shy of 6,000 square feet of living. You can walk right out the door and have sand on your feet. There’s a home in Barefoot Beach in the $8,000,000 range on the Collier County side of Bonita Springs that gets an honorable mention.
The most affordable home on the gulf, right on Bonita Beach is listed at just over $2,000,000 and built in the ‘60′s.
The most expensive beachfront condominium is a penthouse condo at Barefoot Beach Club at just under $2,000,000.
The most affordable condo on Bonita Beach is at Dolphin Way and is just under $400,000 one bedroom, one bathroom.
