For those of you who are seasonal residents thinking of coming back home to Bonita Springs, Florida here’s the latest and greatest market report for the humid, rainy month of August. Be glad you missed it. The good news is that those lakes that were low or empty are filled up again courtesy of Fay and Ike. They brought us enough rain to help us recover from the draught.

The latest Bonita Springs real estate market report is for the month of August 2008. The data was collected from the Sunshine MLS on September13, 2008. All data is deemed accurate but not guaranteed, yada, yada.
In case you missed it last week I posted The Official Bonita Springs Short Sale Market Report. For those of you interested there’s numbers, data and a whole bunch of stuff that may or may not affect your life or your real estate, belly up to the blog.
So here you have it in black and white (you know those little things call facts) the current inventory levels in a few sectors of Bonita Springs and Estero housing and the estimated absorption rate of each of those sectors.

It looks like the Manufactured homes in Bonita Springs and Estero as well as the High Rise condominium tower residences are the sectors that need a little boost.
