Deerwood at Bonita Bay is an intimate enclave of single family estate homes in Bonita Bay. Deerwood is comprised of fifteen single family estate sized home sites. Construction of real estate in Deerwood began in 1994 and the community is now built out. There is only resale real estate available in Deerwood.
