I understand what you mean about living so close to the water BUT really having the time enjoy. We stay out at the beach during the summers and really become a part to it all. Went to Cypress Lake High School and lived on Ft. Myers Beach as a kid so it is just in my blood. We were bused with friends from Bonita Beach in the 60′s. Parents had the old Eventide Motel on Ft.Myers Beach and were realtors.
I saw this piece the other day – it delays the foreclosure, but does it keep the person in the home for more than the short term? I guess time will tell.
