My contract price was $550,000.00 I walked at closing, I asked WCI for a price reduction to $375,000 and they said no. I'm happy they did because I would have paid out about $100K the last 2 years on the loan, taxes and fees! (8K Taxes & $12K in Home Owner Fees per years)Looking back, walking and losing $90K was a winner! I was the contract holder on the 2nd floor 04 unit.
