Sometimes it’s just the principal. He’s waited his whole life for this moment to drive a convertible in Florida, and a little precipitation isn’t about to dampen the mood.

Whatsa little rain to a Minnesotan? In my foolish youth my friends & I would take my ‘62 VW convertible out on New Years Eve just before midnight, and drive it around with the top down until the new year began.
Rain? Warm rain? Hmmmpft!
