My son still doesn't know...the bank came back with a counter at 10K over list. I pointed out the plethora of shorts in that neighborhood. I've instructed the list agent to provide the list to them. They aren't the only diamond in the rough, there. You should be able to find something easily for you daughter. I'm so glad you know an expert!
