		<description>What surprises me is when the agent you present the offer to gets all huffy and offended when the offer is considerably lower than the asking price.  I want to say:  Take a chill dude, you know as well as I do this is the starting gate...and it's no reflection on your realtor-liness.  lol</description>

		<description>IN WV things have recently gotten pretty tight with appraisals.  Banks are stricter and appraisals are less an "art form" than they are a list of statistics.  Not sure it's fair to the home because a seasoned appraiser can often judge better than a form.  

But they didn't ask me. :)</description>
