The Pelican Pointe condominium building is grand in size compared to most on Bonita Beach and Hickory Blvd. The condo building was constructed in 1983. There are a total of ten units within the building. The Pelican Pointe building is five stories tall with only two residences per floor. The square footage sizes of the units at Pelican Pointe are much larger than many of the other beachfront condos in the area. Pelican Pointe condos are either 1,892 or 2,144 square foot of living area.

Units at Pelican Pointe rarely become available. There aren’t many condo units to go around plus, due to their ample size the owners hold on to them.

Fort Myers Beach is just a few miles north on Estero Boulevard beyond New Pass. Canoe rentals are available at Carl Johnson State Park and Lover’s Key State Park just a few miles north, also.
