River Front Real Estate off of Pennsylvania Ave

A few days ago I took a drive by the cute little house with awnings on the corner of Rio Vista and Pennsylvania. This time I actually turned down Rio Vista and drove the loop. It’s probably been twenty-five years since I’ve been down the street.

I found this cute little mailbox back there and I met a neighbor toward the back of the street. He has quite a homestead. There were morning glories growing over trellis which caught the attention of my camera.

It turns out that it’s wild kingdom back there. There were birds and squirrels everywhere and even ducks. A couple of wounded ducks from the river know that there’s easy grub to be found.

This week I plan on taking a baby Bonitian passaflora over to that home owner. I told him I would … weather he wanted one or not. Stay tuned, I’ll let you know how that goes. Meanwhile, take a gander at this morning glory that’s getting passaflora neighbors.
