The Silver Sands Condominium on Bonita Beach is located at the junction of Hickory Blvd. and Estero Boulevard at the north end of Little Hickory Island. This condo building was built circa 1982 and offers two floor plans with approximately 1600-1800 square feet of living area.

Silver Sands is considered a modest high rise by real estate standards as it is merely eight stories of living area over parking and the building has only twenty-four residences, total.
