The Silver Sands Condominium on Bonita Beach is located at the junction of Hickory Blvd. and Estero Boulevard at the north end of Little Hickory Island.  This condo building was built circa 1982 and offers two floor plans with approximately 1600-1800 square feet of living area. 

Silver Sands is considered a modest high rise by real estate standards as it is merely eight stories of living area over parking and the building has only twenty-four residences, total.  The condos at Silver Sands offer some of the largest square footage of living areas in local beach front real estate.

Amenities at Silver Sands include a chickee hut with barbecue and picnic area, miles of white, sugar sand beach access, bike storage, community pool, community hot tub spa, bike storage extra storage space, beach pavilion, underground utilities, trash shoot, and vehicle wash area. Picture perfect, golden sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico are nearly a daily occurrence.

While beach front condominium living has it’s privileges often times the ownership of a pet, for example a dog, is not permitted.  If you’re looking for beach front real estate,  such as condo, to purchase be sure to have your real estate agent check the building restrictions and contact the management company to find out the rules.  At the time of this publication, Silver Sands on Bonita Beach allows limited number and size of pets.

Silver Sands Condominium is conveniently located approximately 30 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport, twenty minutes to fine dining and shopping at Coconut Point Mall, 20 Minutes to Downtown Naples and 30 minutes to Sanibel Island.  Fort Myers Beach is just a few miles north on Estero Boulevard beyond New Pass. Canoe rentals are available at Carl Johnson State Park and Lover’s Key State Park just a few miles north, also.
