Spring Run owners can add a membership at The Commons Club at The Brooks. Membership levels vary and the top level includes the private Beach Club on Hickory Boulevard in Bonita Beach. Other Commons Club amenities include a fitness center, pickleball, an enrichment center and The Rookery restaurant.

Spring Run is one of the original communities of The Brooks. When it was being built, this was one of the fastest growing areas in the country. Homes sold quickly because the area was thirsty for recreation, new housing and more golf. Spring Run was one of the fastest selling private golf communities in the country from 1999 to 2002 and sold out more than two years ahead of schedule. I have sold many homes, villas and condominiums in Spring Run over the years.

What makes Spring Run unique is that owners can also join The Commons Club. There are several membership levels and the top level includes the Beach Club on Hickory Boulevard. In one of my first sales here the buyers also purchased a beach club membership. What a wise investment. The club has grown so much over the years and I'm sure they are thrilled with their foresight.
