This is a little ditty about how the real estate market really is. Many buyers of real estate worry that because the market is moving so swiftly they won’t get a great deal. The fact of the matter is that there are many troubled properties out there that will eventually make it to the real estate market due to their mortgage structure.

I felt you were big boys and girls and could take this news. While I do like to report the good news, there are also some facts out there that need to be shared.

What’s that old saying? You can polish a pile o’ crap to a brilliant shine but it’s still a pile o’ crap.
