Have you been to The Fresh Market in Bonita Springs? The Fresh Market is just a couple blocks from where I live so I pop in all the time.
You’ll just love The Fresh Market. The atmosphere at The Fresh Market is just so nice. It’s a specialty grocery store of sorts. It doesn’t carry every item a traditional grocery store like Albertson’s or Publix carries, but it does carry unusual and gourmet items that you don’t find in traditional grocery stores.
When you walk into The Fresh Market you will first be greeted by one of the most outstanding produce departments you’ll find in all of Bonita Springs. There are items from all over the world, the most exotic fruits, vegetables and even flowers.
If you’re going to entertain at home there is no easier way to cheat at being a gourmet cook.
- There is a section of precooked, just heat and eat dishes.
- An outstanding bakery department outfitted from sugar cookies to Crème Brule.
- A butcher and seafood department with choice cuts of beef and fish.
Last but not least, right before you get to the checkout there is a section of wine and chocolate. A happy ending at the Fresh Market.
If you are new to the area and trying to find The Fresh market, it’s easy. The Fresh Market is located on US 41 / Tamiami Trail in Bonita Springs. Head north from Bonita Beach Road, go over the Imperial River Bridge and turn right into the plaza. It’s right behind the Carrabba’s and Outback Steakhouse. The plaza can be accessed from West Terry Street, also.

I love Fresh Market! We don’t have one here, I go to my Mom’s in Knoxville when I visit her. The food looks pristine and is displayed beautifully. I’m inspired to try new stuff every time I’m there. Love their emphasis on healthy eating.
