The Tides at Pelican Landing
The Tides at Pelican Landing is a fun, relaxing community located in the heart of the master planned city of Bonita Springs, Florida.
The Tides is physically located in front of Pelican Landing; however, it is not part of the Pelican Landing community. Homeowners of the Tides do not have use of the Pelican Landing community amenities.
Just a stroll to the Estero, FL area, The Tides is conveniently situated near the areas finest shopping at the new Coconut Point Mall, dining, lodging and the new Estero Community Park. This new, regional park is finished and construction is now complete and a great centerpiece to the Estero Community, providing sports fields, picnic areas and an outdoor amphitheatre. The beautiful gulf beaches of Bonita Springs and Barefoot Beach are only 15 minutes away.
Amenities at The Tides include a resort-style community pool and spa, beautifully remodeled clubhouse, fitness room, tennis court, half basketball court & sand volleyball court.
The Tides at Pelican Landing is located on the southwest corner of Coconut Rd. and US 41. From I-75, take exit 123 and proceed west on Corkscrew Rd. At US 41, proceed south to Coconut Rd. The Tides is just past Coconut Road on the right hand (west) side of US 41.
Residences in the Tides at Pelican Landing range from 590-1311 square feet of living space. Floor plans are available in 1-3 bedroom selections. The buildings at the Tides are three story buildings and do not offer elevator access.
Pricing in The Tides starts from the $140,000’s.
The Tides is a condominium conversion. Similar condominium conversions include The Sanctuary [formerly The Jefferson] and San Mirage. Both rentals and resale properties are available.
