My question is why was a forensic loan audit not done? That would be able to identify fraud and why renegotiate fraud? The Federal Reserve put out a study that 85% of FHA loans have fraud, is that not a clue as to the real probelm? Take them to task and make THEM pay for the fraud they committed.
